Contreras Martial Arts Academy has been changing the lives of students in our community since 1998. Our goal is not only to create the next generation of martial artists but to build a better world. We cultivate the confidence and skill set of every student that walks through our doors, whether it’s your first class or you’re already a black belt. After going through the Contreras Martial Arts Academy curriculum, you are bound to grow immensely as both a martial artist and a person.
Our primary goal for our students is to increase their self-esteem, self-confidence, & self-discipline through Martial Arts training. Of course, we teach self-defense but that is only one aspect of our program. Our interest is more in line with creating better students, employees, children, parents, spouses, families, and citizens.

SM Contreras is a great instructor and has a great teaching spirit. He is patient when he works with those that don't quite understand and cannot grasp quickly. He is always encouraging giving praises to everyone and he doesn't treat anyone differently.
